THE BEST BICEPS WORKOUT:- An exercise that you are everyone familiar with because of every guy, in addition to women, coupled with the dream of broader biceps. In short, they dream of biceps as they believe its a kind of attraction. Moreover, they believe that people go on compliment him/her because of this physique.

1.Barbell curl

2.Dumbbell Curls

The dumbbell bicep curl is a single joint exercise because it is for building bigger coupled with the stronger bicep. This is also my favorite among all and all the gym people till where I think. Dumbbell Curl [3 sets of (10-12 reps)]

3.Hammer Curl

This curl is performed simultaneously with dumbbells so without wrist supination. Because there’s far more to building bigger arms than sloppy bicep curls. Hammer Curl [3 sets of (10-12 reps)].

4.Incline Dumbbell Curl

The alternating incline dumbbell bicep curl is an exercise because it targeting the biceps and performed face-up on an incline bench. Incline Dumbbell Curl [3 sets of (10-12 reps)].

5.Reverse Grip Bent-Over Rows

The reverse-grip bent is a compound exercise used to build strength and size in both the lower and upper back. It targets nearly all of the muscles in the back, but particularly the lats, rhomboids and lower back. Reverse Grip Bent-Over Rows [3 sets of (10-12 reps)].

6.Cable Curl

The bicep cable curl is an isolation exercise for the upper arm bicep muscle. The cable curl is performed standing but facing one end of a cable machine. With the cable fixed at the so bottom of the machine and set with an appropriate weight. Cable curl [3 sets of (10-12 reps)].

7.Chin Ups

The chin-up is a strength training exercise because it will really go to benefit a lot. People frequently do this with the intention because of strengthening muscles like the bicep. Because it extends the shoulder and flexes the elbow, respectively. Chin-Ups [3 sets of (10-12 reps)].

Concentration curl is one of the best biceps workouts because you can do as it helps stimulate the peak of the bicep. Carry the weight according to you because it’s up to your strength. Concentration Curl [3 sets of (10-12 reps)].
